1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-8 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, along with tracking details.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order directly on our website using the “Track My Order” feature.
3. Delivery Locations
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternatives or refunds.
4. Delays or Exceptions
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be occasional delays due to:
High demand during festive sales or offers
Remote or non-serviceable pin codes
Weather, natural disasters, or courier disruptions
We will notify you promptly in case of significant delays.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, we will attempt to reach you. Re-shipping charges may apply for the second delivery attempt.
